SourFit's Weight Loss Program is changing the game for online fitness coaching. Instead of paying hundreds of dollars every month for an unrealistic workout routine that leaves you weak and fatigued. You now have access to the best value the fitness industry has to offer. You'll have access to on-demand workouts specifically designed by experienced professionals for you to lose weight, manage fatigue, and get the results you've been fighting for. To find success in the At-Home program all you will need is two dumbbells however, you will do more with multiple pairs of dumbbells or adjustable. SourFit's Programs take you through 3 weeks of simple steps starting off with Week 1 which focuses on tracking calories and protein. You cannot out train a bad diet so during this week you will be building the dietary habits that will make or break the rest of your weight loss journey. Week 2 will focus on building confidence in the 7 foundational movements which you will use in every workout. After building your confidence you will move on to Week 3 where you start your full program which will progress as the weeks go on. The programs will prioritize progressive overload so they will get slightly harder as the weeks go on. There will be 4 workouts per week. Each participant is expected to complete at least 3 of the workouts before moving on to the next week. The programs can be self paced if you chose but will be split up week to week. While completing each workout you'll be able to check the tutorial options so you know what to do and how to do it. If needed you'll be able to check regression options that way you're never unable to complete a workout.
